Questions about life after high school, aka “the cliff?” This workshop from Rockland BOCES and the Rockland Transition Consortium will help students with developmental needs prepare for post-secondary life.

- Who is responsible and when do we start? (Hint: As soon as possible
- What and where are the resources?
- What are some of the Post Secondary Opportunities – Traditional College, College Experience, Work, OPWDD Services and Supports
- Where do we find Transition Planning in the IEP
